Gooey Chocolate cakes with Raspberry Sauce

I absolutely love these cakes. What's not to love? Chocolate oozing out from the inside and raspberry sauce to mix in with that. Yum!
So easy too.
Gooey Chocolate Cakes
Preheat oven  to 400. Butter and flour 6 ramekins or 6 muffin cups
1/3c. flour
3T. cocoa
1/4t. salt
mix dry ingredients together
melt in a double boiler
1 stick of butter cut up into pieces
4 oz of semi sweet chocolate
cook until just melted and smooth then set aside
 Whisk together
2 eggs and 1 egg yolk
then add
6T. sugar mix for 2 minutes with a whisk. Add dry ingredients in carefully with whisk then little by little stir in chocolate butter mixture.
Divide among cups.
Bake 13 minutes. Let cool on wire rack 3 minutes then run knife around and invert and serve.
